I'm Kim King, the girl behind the camera. I am crazy passionate about couples photography - intimate weddings, destination elopements, vow renewals, date nights - you name it and I LOVE it.
For me it's more than just snapping a few nice pictures for you to have. Your relationship deserves to have life's moments documented and celebrated! I firmly believe that professional photos of your relationship shouldn't stop after your wedding day! Now you might be asking isn't a date night session kind of awkward? Short answer no. Ha. Long answer it's not different than capturing the couples portraits at your wedding. Except now it's more fun. There are no timelines to keep, no extras to worry about like a groomsmen lossing a tie (if you're married you know what I mean).
The location possibilities are endless! Love hot air balloons? Let's find a place you can book a flight and I'll be there to capture the fun. Love ice cream? Let's scoop up the smiles at a favorite spot. Dream vacation? Ummm why wouldn't you want professional photos of your time there! Just bought a house? Omg what a huge moment in your life! Let's get those cozy and sweet moments in your new home!
I'm serious I when I say I'm a firm believer in nourishing your relationship and having it professionally captured. Life together should be fun!
No one person is the same, no one relationship is the same as the next, and so no one shoot should be like the last! When you book I love to get to know the two of you with questionnaires, styling guides, and more so that let's say if we are planning a date night shoot we find an experience that will capture you to it's fullest. If it's your wedding day or elopement it gives me the opportunity to know how I serve you the best on your big day!

Ok, there are a few things... I don't do unclothed or minimally clothed sessions. I have boudoir photographer friends I can reference if you're looking for a steamy session, no judgement here! I'm a PG-13 type of girl. I want to honor God to keep my own marriage pure and protect the little eyes and minds of my over the shoulder watching children!
Beyond that, I really want to craft fun and happiness into every session. Want to ride a horse or a camel! Let's go!
